In addition to an impressive selection of folding knives and cheese knives, Coltelleria Saladini also makes a few pieces for daily kitchen use. This carving set is a stunning example of the simplicity, beauty and utility of their design. A large, sturdy carving knife slices as thin as you'd like, while the substantial fork holds your culinary masterpiece firmly in place. This set inspires you to come up with reason after reason to use it. Get roasting!

The knife and fork are forged using AISI 420 stainless steel.  The knife is about 14 1/2 inches long with a blade length of 9 inches, the fork is about 12 inches long with tines that are about 6 1/4 inches.

The handles are made from beautiful water buffalo horn, ox horn or olive wood. These are all natural materials and can vary in color from knife to knife. Generally, buffalo horn handles are solid black, but some will have some fine white coloration as well. Never wash your Saladini knives with soap, and always dry them immediately after washing.
