From the producers: "A special selection of olives harvested in the olive grove Ricca, Colombiera, in Poggi di Imperia, at 60 meters above the level of the sea, near the sea. It is composed by 30% of green olives, 50% of non-fully-mature olives and 20% of black olives. An oil where the sweet tones and the pine nut are the protagonists, with a perfume of white fruits.
Perfect on meat and fish with a delicate taste and as ingredient for desserts, instead of butter."
