This decadent caramel is made in the traditional Breton style. Its robust taste is developed from the use of sweet cream, rich butter, and a pinch of salt.
Best eaten over ice cream, in baked goods, or (in the classic French usage) on crêpes!
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cream, butter, glucose, salt, plant extracts, pectin.
