Matiz Sea Salts are harvested from 3000 year-old ancient Roman salt pools on the Southern Atlantic Coast of Spain in the region of Andalucia. Flor de Sal is obtained exclusively by the action of the wind and sun, collected by hand, and are naturally full of essential minerals.
Flor de Sal Also known as fleur de sel or “flower of salt” is the most prized and delicate of salts, and is gathered by hand at the surface of the water. The crystals actually form in the shape of a flower, which creates a unique texture that delights chefs and food lovers around the world.
