This isn't your average Spanish ham. FERMÍN'S Jamón Ibérico de Bellota is a luxurious experience and something to be savored. This stunning jamón is made from a free-range 100% Ibérico pig. This amazing pig species nearly doubles its weight during the "Montanera" season (which happens from October through February) when it is feasting exclusively on acorns and grass. This special diet gives the cured ham a decadently buttery and nutty flavor as well as the beautifully marbled fat throughout which melts upon contact with your mouth. This ham is truly an out-of-this-world gastronomic experience. At our shops, our expert cheesemongers de-bone the legs by hand and then slice the meat to order. We slice the ham thin unless otherwise requested.
