Citrus Chios is a Greek, family-owned company established in 2008 that produces traditional marmalades, jams, and other unique delicacies utilizing ingredients from the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.
 
This unique pocket-sized treat is made of plum jam spread between 2 thin layers of wafer and combined with mastic (a tree resin with a floral flavor) and crunchy almonds.

Citrus Chios is a Greek, family-owned company established in 2008 that produces traditional marmalades, jams, and other unique delicacies utilizing ingredients from the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.
