Ligurian Olives

Staff review by Adam Centamore I find it impossible to bite into one of these olives without thinking about the warm Mediterranean sun. They have a sweet and briny flavor with light notes of soft fruit. The oil they secrete is delicate and perfect for a pinzimonio (raw vegetables dipped in olive oil with sea salt.)
