A special selection olive oil for Formaggio Kitchen from one of our favorite olive oil producers. First cold pressing of Taggiasca olives harvested from a single 400-yr-old grove (the Riva Gianca) at 70m above sea level on the rugged Ligurian coastline. Produced using a selection of both green and ripe olives to obtain the very delicate flavor balance which has a sweet and fruity flavor witih notes of citrus and artichoke.
