This sauce was a great find for us - it is unabashed in its approach - full of fire, salt and vinegar and demanding to be slathered on a meaty sandwich or poured over a batch of steaming scrambled eggs. Made in small batches in Asbury Park, NJ 100 bottles at a time using African bird's eye chilies, (also known as piri piri or pili pili), blended with soybean oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and a splash of whiskey.
