Mushy tuna tossed together with lots of mayo became a distant memory once we discovered this tuna. This can contains dense yellowfin tuna caught off the coast of Sicily preserved in olive oil. The texture is firm and the flavor is wonderfully rich. We love this on a piece of crusty bread paired with black olives or capers or as the foundation of a perfect salade nicoise.
