Olives & Antipasti

Bright, briny flavors of our many olives are the perfect way to get your appetite started. Try the light green unpasturized Picholine, Lucques and Cassées des Baux, or the riper classics such as our oil-cured Provençal, Kalamata or our customer favorite; the Formaggio Kitchen Olive Mista (mixed olives). Roasted red peppers or piquillo peppers can add a touch of sweetness and spice to any antipasti platter.
