This raw milk cheese was inspired by the traditional cheeses of the French Alps. Spring Brook Farm's Tarentaise is a washed rind, semi-hard, cow's milk cheese from Reading, Vermont. It is rich, complex and a perfect example of the strides being made in American cheeses. The creamy, earthy, nutty flavors pair nicely with our house-made Pâté de Campagne and a few cornichons on the side.
