Made using raw goat's milk and aged for 6 months, this cheese is similar to Casa Madaio's Caprotto, with the familiar herbal and white pepper flavors but with a slightly lighter finish. We love this cheese shaved over warm vegetables or paired with a drizzling of light honey.
