Our in-house charcutière transforms various meats into delectable pâtés, sausages, terrines and cured meats. It was hard to choose, but we put together a selection of some of her specialties.
Included in the mix: thick slices of maple-cured, smoked bacon. We think this is just perfect for breakfast or on a BLT. Also in the sampler - a package of four pork sausages - delicious any time of the day. And, last but not least, a small pot of pork rillettes, particularly tasty with mustard and some cornichons! All of the charcuterie in this sampler is made with humanely-raised pork sourced from small, local farms.
