Each Saladini knife is painstakingly crafted with thoughtful design, exceptional materials and generations of expertise. In addition to an impressive selection of folding knives and cheese knives, Coltelleria Saladini also makes a few knives for daily kitchen use. This boning knife is perfect for deboning pork, chicken or beef. The sharp blade and pointed tip allow you to get at the tricky spots with ease. The blade is forged using AISI 420 stainless steel and the handle is made from Tuscan Olive Wood.  The knife is about 12 inches long with a blade length of 6 1/2 inches.

Olive wood is a natural product and varies in color and pattern from knife to knife. Never wash your Saladini knives with soap, and always dry them immediately after washing. If used daily, olive wood will absorb the natural oils from your skin, but if used less frequently, a periodic coat of mineral oil is recommended.
