Aria is the perfect every-day olive oil. Clean, fresh olive flavors in a high quality oil at a bargain price. It has a deep green color and a more viscous texture which makes it rich on the palate and allows it to stand up to cooking well. Use it to dip bread, for sauteing, as a finishing oil and in dressings. It is made from estate grown olives that are cold-pressed in Crete within hours of being picked from the tree.
While we don't have the 500ml bottle right now, we are pouring Aria from our bulk tank into 750ml bottles for a good price.
