Belgian chocolate maker, Callebaut, is one of the committed, artisan producers to make chocolate in its entirety, from bean to bar. They roast cacao beans in their shell in order to capture and concentrate the aroma and flavor, leading to greater complexity. All of Callebaut’s ingredients are ground extremely fine – finer than most other producers – which translates into an extremely smooth mouth-feel.
White chocolate is mild, milky and sweet with a small amount of cacao which leaves the chocolate a clean, ivory color. Available in 1-lb blocks.
