Sage Farm is a family-run operation located in Stowe Vermont. Molly and Katie Pindell have been making cheese since 2008. They raise and care for a small herd of registered Alpine goats that produce the milk for their cheeses.

Madonna is a small, mold ripened disc with a dense, yet creamy texture that is the result of hand-ladled curds and careful ripening.

This cheese has a characteristic bright, lemony flavor that works beautifully with a spot of local honey.
