Tastings and Events - Formaggio Kitchen South End

Boston Tastings and Classes

We love to welcome producers both local and international as well as winemakers and brewers to sample their products for our customers. Check our listings for weekend producer tastings.

We host most of our Formaggio Kitchen classes at our Cambridge location and classroom Annex, but we also offer a small number of classes here at our South End shop. These classes are listed below. If you are interested in our Cambridge classes, visit our Classes page.

Beer + Cheese 101 – Sunday, February 19, 7-9pm

ATTENTION BEER LOVERS!

Wine has traditionally grabbed the spotlight as the best pairing for cheese, but hopheads and cheese-fiends alike know that ales, lagers, porters, and stouts all make worthy matches for any cheese plate. Cheesemonger and Beer Buyer Ross will pair some of his favorite cheeses with a variety of beer styles, and will share his knowledge on how and why beer and cheese pair so well together. Join us for this introductory beer-centric class and be on the look out for more throughout the year. As always, enjoy 10% off any purchases made after class!

General Admission: $55 per person
