Cheese 101 – March 2017 – Sunday, March 26, 7-9pm
Join us for our most popular class, through which one of our experienced cheesemongers will broaden your knowledge of our favorite topic with a guided cheese tasting. We will discuss the history and process of cheesemaking and the ways in which our favorite modern-day cheesemakers (many of whom we have visited) are embracing artisan traditions. Learn the basics of tasting and building your own cheese plate, and sample a few wines and beers for good measure. The evening concludes with a rare treat – 10% off any goods you wish to purchase!
