Carlo Zaccaria is the third generation to manage the rice production for the Zaccaria family. Located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, they produce Carnaroli, Vialone Nano, Baldo, Arborio and Riso Nero di Baraggia.
This easy to use mix - just add wine & water - is carnaroli rice with delicious dried porcini mushrooms that plump up and create a tasty broth for the rice to cook in. Top with fresh sauteed spring asparagus, ramps, or spring onions. And don't forget the cheese... Monte Veronese Malga would be ideal to shave over the top!
