Our chocolate selection has become well-known for its careful curation and focus on bean-to-bar production. Most of our chocolatiers choose to work without emulsifiers to allow the texture, aromas and flavors of their carefully sourced cacao to shine.

Beyond chocolates, we also produce various classic baked goods in our own bakery including our well-loved teacakes and Alice's Granola (named for our former baker who created the recipe).

Seasonal selections include torrone, panettone, pandolce and a variety of biscotti, cookies and confections!
