La Strega di Triora has been producing seasonal preserves in Italy's mountainous region of Triora since 1986. Each batch is still made by hand and cooked in copper pots which helps the fruits to maintain their rich colors and flavors.
This fig and peanut preserve has a smooth and almost pour-able consistency, as no pectin is added to the recipe.
For this reason, we love this over a toasted bread or into a bowl of fresh yogurt.
