This olive sauce is prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area, garlic, onion, "leccino" olives and salt to taste, it goes very well with every pasta. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly heated over low heat.
