Rancho Gordo Vaquero Beans - 16oz
The Vaquero bean is a colorful cousin of the Anasazi bean. You could call these cow beans or appaloosa beans, for their striking black and white pattern (some people call them Orca beans too). Their flavor is a bit potato-like, somewhat like the Anasazi bean but a little lighter.
