Olli Salumeria makes their salami near Richmond, VA using high quality meats from family farms throughout the country.

Their salamis are coarsely ground & lightly mixed to avoid diminishing the subtle flavor of the high quality pork. Each salami uses natural casings and is string-tied to protect the product and to make for easy peeling.

The Calabrese salami uses their traditional pork salami recipe but adds a kick of heat with cayenne pepper and paprika.
