Mulino Marino produces some of the finest flour using organic Italian grains including the Senatore Cappelli wheat used to produce this pasta. The Marino family partnered with Pastificio Afeltra in Gragnano Italy who transforms their flour into a long corkscrew shape called Tortiglione - similar to - fusilli but longer.
