Made in Tebourba, Tunisia, Les Moulins Mahjoub products are a reflection of the region’s exceptional soil. Their growing and production process respects the land’s natural and biological balances, and all of Les Moulins Mahjoub products are traditionally crafted, with many made by hand.
Dried in the hot summer months of July and August, these tomatoes are then individually layered in glass jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil; which brings out its aroma.
