Fruit jams from Les Moulins Mahjoub are subtly sweet and more fruit-forward than their American counterparts, which translates into less sugar being added.
The organic apricot jam of Moulins Mahjoub is produced on their estate in Tebourba, in the Medjerda valley in the North of Tunisia. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes.
