Anna Tomatis bakes these simple, delicious, buttery cornmeal cookies.They are not flashy, but they are incredibly delicious, with a crumbly texture attributed to the cornmeal in the recipe. Packaged in an old-world style blue box, these not-too-sweet cookies are perfect with a cup of tea as an afternoon snack or for breakfast, or dunked in a caffé latte.
