Dried Porcini Mushrooms
Dried Italian porcini is an amazing ingredient that can bring intense mushroom flavor to any dish. Steep the porcini in warm water or even in a bit of Madeira to soften them up before using. You can keep the liquid too, but be sure to strain it through doubled over cheese cloth.
These Italian porcini are high grade with mostly caps and a bit of the stems.
