Contadini Baby Artichoke Hearts
The smallest artichokes we have found that still offer a wonderful texture and flavor. The term “Candini” refers to the fact that these artichokes are picked in May at the end of the season when they are at their most tender. Each artichoke is hand-turned, gently steamed and hand-packed in neat little rows within golden extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to use the oil after you're all done with the artichokes!
