At any given time we have more than 200 cheeses resting on the shelves or aging in our caves. Our selection focuses on handmade cheese of exceptional quality. Each piece is cut to order, wrapped in special cheese paper and shipped in an insulated box to ensure it gets to you in the best condition possible.
