Ceylon Superieur OP Tea
Ceylan (also Ceylon) was the name of the island just South of India that since 1972 has been known as Sri Lanka. This tea is from the South of the island and is grade O.P. for Orange Pekoe (pronounced "pek-oh"). This grade is given to those teas whose leaves are longer, and more wiry than other Celyons. The O.P. teas also frequently contain tips.
This is a beautifully refined tea with floral aromas with a touch of citrus. This whole leaf tea is perfect for breakfast or throughout the day. Recommended steeping time is 3 - 5 minutes.
