Alessandra the daughter of Aldo Armato and her husband Giordano produce this unfiltered extra virgin olive oil that has all the characteristics of the region. It is made by pressing taggiasca olives from Italy's ligurian coast. Very low acidity, intensely fruity with a golden-green color and rich buttery texture.
