Italy is our home away from home it seems. We have developed many close friendships over the years that we feel as though we are visiting family with each trip. This is a country that offers a broad spectrum of culinary artistry from the more refined cuisine of the North to the simpler yet no less delicious gastronomy of the South and the islands. We’ve been lucky in finding small producers who understand what we are doing and want to help us communicate their passion for their products to our customers in the United States.
Our trips usually cover lots of ground from visits to VinItaly, the largest of the Italian wine festivals to wandering through the aisles of Parmigiano with the Cravero family or tasting the incredible fruit and chocolate combinations produced by Maurizio Maglio in Puglia.
