We like our pantry full of a fun selection of salts, peppers and spices. Coarse sea salts are our choice for cooking, while the finer fleur de sel or colored salts are perfect for finishing. Classic telicherry peppercorns are great, but the fruity tasmanian or floral balinese peppercorns take the spice to a new level.
