This has long a Formaggio Kitchen favorite. Smoky, spicy dried chipotles packed in a vinegary adobo sauce will add character to just about anything you prepare. Of course, you can just eat them out of the can. Chop into your favorite rice dish, add some to a simple vinaigrette and use on grilled vegetables, puree a couple into some cream cheese and add a dash of lime for a sandwich spread or dip.
