Nigella Seed
Also called black onion seeds. Slightly smoky in taste, with a nutty peppery flavor. Used on breads in Turkey and the Middle East and in Indian cuisine to flavor legumes and vegetables. Not to be confused with black cumin. It does wonders for salad dressings!
