Made at Casa Vecchie by Fabrizia Lanza who runs a respected cooking school in Palermo, founded by her mother Anna Tasca Lanza. Her marmalades capture the beautiful intensity of ripe sicilian fruit. This blood orange marmalade uses the entire fruit roughly cut and cooked together with sugar to create a loose marmalade with tons of flavor.
