Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, this jam is made from Saturnine peaches grown on Sergio's farm. Saturnine peaches have a flattened shape and white flesh and are known for their beautiful aroma and sweetness. We find this jam to have notes of almond that works very well with washed rind cheeses.
