Each knife in the Saladini cheese collection was designed simply, with a specific cheese style in mind, and without excessive design flourishes. This knife is designed to cut into cheeses that are semi-hard such as Comté Le Fort or Wauvremont. The blade is forged using AISI 420 stainless steel and the handle is made from beautiful polished ox horn.  


Ox horn is a natural product and varies in color from knife to knife. Some horn can be very light and creamy in color with little variegation to darker caramel and coffee colors with lots of variegation. The knife is about 8 1/4 inches long.
