Made by our neighbor and good friend Bonnie Shershow using local fruit when available and always bringing out the brilliance of her ingredients.
This is one of our favorite jams. When rhubarb is in season, we know Bonnie will cook it down with ripe strawberries to preserve all of the amazing flavors that come together in this blend.

Bonnie Shershow has been making jam at our shop since 2001 when she made arrangements to use our kitchen to make her wonderful array of jams. Sunday afternoons in the spring and summer you'll find her slicing and dicing fruit and gently cooking it in a large copper pot. We adore the results: a sumptious strawberry rhubarb, an almost black blend of blackberries and blueberries ("black & blue"), rich and amazingly aromatic apricot or peach as well as a store favorite called raspberry lime rickey. These are among the many concoctions Bonnie creates - all of which contain fruit sourced from local farms.
