Poco Dolce

Poco Dolce is the labor of love from Kathy Wiley who uses local, all-natural ingredients to make her amazing bittersweet chocolate tiles and toffees. For her toffees, she creates simple and intense flavors by combining a crisp base of burnt caramel toffee (with or without almonds) enrobed in a dark chocolate coating. Her tiles are similarly enrobed in dark chocolate, but they come in flavors including double roasted almond, crystallized ginger, and Aztec chile (cinnamon, chile, toasted pumpkin seeds) and each tile is dusted with coarse sea salt creating a beautiful sweet and salty balance.
