Made using a base of 71% cacao from Papua New Guinea that is smoked and roasted, cracked and winnowed before being stone-ground to a smooth texture. The chocolate is aged before being formed into bars and hand wrapped in the Mast Brothers' distinctive paper.
The unique roasting / smoking process gives this bar a striking smoky and savory flavor component that has hints of bacon and scotch.
