François Pralus (pronounced Prah-LOO) is one of the committed, artisan chocolatiers who produce their chocolate from bean to bar. He buys the finest beans he can in each variety - Forastero, Trinitario and Criollo from around the world and he prepares each in a way that he feels allows it to express its true terroir without compromise.
A single origin bar with 45% cocoa from the Criollo variety of cacao from Indonesia. This is one of the few milk chocolate bars that has captured our palates. Even with the lower cacao content, the chocolate gives a mildly fruity aroma and has a smooth flavor of vanilla, caramel and spice.
