Made in our kitchen using Hudson Valley Moulard duck, pork fat, pork and chicken liver, salt, pepper, curing salt, cream, eggs, flour, red wine, brandy, sherry, port, pâté spice, garlic, shallot, parsley, thyme, sage, ground ginger, orange zest and port-soaked dried tart cherries. 

The pâté is wrapped in house-made pancetta for an attractive and extra tasty finish. Don't forget the cornichons and crusty baguette!
