We are proud to offer true Jamón Ibérico, made from the meat of the famed Ibérico pig in the small village of La Alberca in the region of Castille y Leon in Spain. This is the primary pork product of infatuation in Spain, and now in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
While there are other amazing products produced using the meat of the Ibérico pigs, it is only the hind leg that produces the Jamón and Jamón Ibérico constitutes only about 5% of the total Jamón production in Spain.
