Each of Maglio's tavolette use cacao from one particular region for a distinctly pure flavor. The Tingo Maria is a new addition to their line up of exceptional chocolates.
This bar is made using 65% cacao from an ancient Peruvian plantation managed by the Saavedra del Castillo family. This chocolate is a revelation in its floral nose, bright acidity and lingering finish with hints of ripe cherries.
