Blue Ledge Farm is a small family owned and operated goat dairy located in Salisbury, Vermont. Hannah Sessions and Greg Bernhardt make uncomplicated, yet delicious cheese.  Lake's Edge is as delectable, as it is beautiful.  The goat's milk flavor is rich with a hint of saltiness, and the line of jet-black ash runs through the soft cakey center striking a bold contrast with the white paste.  A wonderful sight on any cheese plate!
