These crackers are made using simple ingredients and are hand-cracked for a rustic look. They are strong enough to hold up to dipping into hummus but thin enough to work beautifully with a slice of cheese.
The Rutland Rye cracker is made using rye and wheat flours and an ingenious dose of cocoa powder to give it a darker brown color. Topped with sesame, caraway and poppy seeds, this is a dramatic cracker that we find works perfectly with hummus or as an accompaniment to smoked salmon.
